First Practice

Hello!

I hope you are all excited for the soccer season this year, I know Coach Chapla and I are! We are very excited to see all of you at our first practice on Wednesday April 4th at 6pm.

A few things to remember:
Shin Guards and Cleats for your child, Shin guards need to be under the sock. (PRO TIP: Pull the sock all the way up, place the guards on then roll the top of sock down over the guard)
Water Bottle (PRO TIP: Water is best for during practices and games. Following practices and games, sports drinks are recommended to replenish electrolytes.)
Soccer Ball - We will always try to have some extras, but if your child has one please bring it to each practice. (Not needed for games)
Colder weather, means sweat shirts or light jackets. Please if the shirt or jacket has a hood, insure there is a shirt over top and the hood is tucked under.
Please remember, no ear rings, necklaces.
